Item care - Cutting Board: Hand-wash with hot, soapy water. Dry thoroughly. Do not soak or submerge board in water.Regularly season with food-grade mineral oil to keep wood from drying out.
- 8″ Chef’s Knife: We do not recommend using a dishwasher to clean All-Clad Forged Knives as this can easily dull the cutting edge. We recommend to handwash in warm soapy water with a non-abrasive sponge and towel dry immediately. For best results, as well as safety, do not soak knives in soapy water as this can lead to corrosion and possible injury if knife cannot be seen clearly in sink.

- Cutting Board: To extend the life of the board, it should be regularly seasoned with a food-grade mineral oil.To season the board properly, apply an even coat of food-grade mineral oil to wood surface using a clean, dry cloth or paper towel. Allow oil to absorb, then wipe off any excess. Reapply as needed.
- 8″ Chef’s Knife: We recommend washing with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge, and towel dry immediately. To avoid corrosion, avoid soaking knives in water when cleaning and ensure they are completely dry after washing.
